- All-Star cheerleading is a competitive sport.
- All-Star cheer is divided into USASF levels 1-5, based on stunting and tumbling skills.
- HCA works to keep our athletes competing locally as often as possible.
- HCA's All-Star athletes practice two times per week, with the amount of hours varying based on the USASF level of the team.
- Itty Bitty Kitties, ages 3-5 **NEW**
- Itty Bitty Kitties introduces children to cheerleading, with a focus on cheer skills as well as following directions.
- Itty Bitty Kitties will perform at the HCA Showcase in April.
- Itty Bitty Kitties have one 45-minute practice per week.
- Paw-Starz performance cheer teams, grades K-8
- Paw-Starz is our performance cheer team program.
- Paw-Starz do not compete, but they do perform approximately 4 times in Hilliard, including at the HCA Showcase in April.
- Paw-Starz practice for an hour and a half per week.
- Rhythm Nation Dance Team **NEW**
- HCA has a performance dance team that does not compete, but will perform approximately 3 times in Hilliard, including at the HCA Showcase in April.
- Dance Team practices for one hour per week.
