TUMBLING LEVEL DESCRIPTION
 Level 1 Beginner Skills through Back-walkover 

In this class, athletes will improve and perfect forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, backbend kickovers, and back-walkovers. Athletes who achieve their back-walkover will begin to work back-handsprings.

 Level 2

Backhandspring, Back-handspring series, Combos

In this class, athletes will improve and perfect back-handsprings and move on to combo passes, connecting skills with their back-handspring. Some combinations include back-walkover to back-handspring, toe-touch back-handspring, round-off back-handspring, and round-off back-handspring series.

 Level 3 Back tucks, Punch fronts, Series, Combos

In this class, athletes will work on many running tumbling combos, including the following: round-off back tuck; round-off back-handspring back tuck; and round-off back-handspring series into a back tuck. Athletes will also work on punch fronts and standing tucks.

Level 4 Layouts and Combos

In this class, athletes will improve and perfect their standing back tucks, standing back-handspring back tuck, and toe-touch tuck. They will also improve and perfect running tumbling combos, such as round-off back-handspring series into a back tuck; while they learn and improve their round-off back-handspring layout. Additionally, athletes may work on x-outs and Arabians.

Level 5

Full twisting layouts and Combos

In this class, athletes will primarily focus on achieving and perfecting their full twisting layout, along with various combos that include this skill.
